Is really easy and catchy app, I got used really fast.

Sometimes some feature is not possible to see, and need to refresh.

**What problems is CU* Answers, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am replying to tickets.

Our credit union system is powered by CUA. It's called CUBase. 

**What do you like best about CU* Answers, Inc.?**

Easy once learned. But very outdated compared to other larger credit unions. 

**What do you dislike about CU* Answers, Inc.?**

CUBase is very outdated. Downright hard to use for newer employees. 

**Recommendations to others considering CU* Answers, Inc.:**

They are outdated and there are constant bugs. 

**What problems is CU* Answers, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using a credit union system. It's nice that multiple credit unions use the same system.
