Very stable and after the initial set up its easy to ad new projects and even extend to for further automation. What do you dislike about CruiseControl? Initially its challenging to get configuration and onboard projects and take advantages of the features such as queues. Previously the tasks on deploying from sandbox environments to staging and then to production would rely on a lot of scripts and manual processes which are prone to human errors. If you have no automated build process it might be a decent entry level tool to get the feeling for that kind of development, but today much better tools exist for CI.
