The least useful aspect of Charlotte AI is its exclusive reliance on telemetry and data already natively integrated within the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. If the security infrastructure has third-party tools, firewalls, or identity logs that do not send data to Falcon (or its Next-Gen SIEM), Charlotte is completely blind to that context, fragmenting visibility into incidents that cross multiple domains. I use CrowdStrike Charlotte AI to build agentic agents that simplify our stock operations. It allows our very small team to increase efficiency and speed up our detection and response times. I like that instead of us having to manually triage every event, Charlotte AI highlights the events we need to focus on during escalation or uncertainty. What I like most about CrowdStrike Charlotte AI is its speed and simplicity. I enjoy using Foundry and Agent Works to build agents that help us triage different events or write things we couldn't do before. Charlotte is easy to use, it integrates with every single one of their products, the performance is ridiculously good, and it's all backed by Crowdstrikes amazing support teams! Charlottee Token are now included for all enterprise users! Pricing is based on usage limits and credits. Charlotte is the best security AI and artificial intelligence agent that I have used. I like that I can ask it a complex security question, and quickly get evidence and fact based data from our environment. For example, when writing this review, I asked it "Are there any connections to G2.com?" and it popped right up with the endpoints that have connected to G2, what time, and other related information. I find CrowdStrike Charlotte AI incredibly valuable for speeding up triage and detections in our next-gen SIEM product. It helps us act with more speed and accuracy, which is essential given our limited staffing levels. What really stands out to me is how naturally Charlotte fits into an actual incident response workflow. Instead of acting like a shiny gimmick or an isolated search box, it feels like having a seasoned analyst sitting right next to you who has already read every log in the environment.
