"Terrible content quality for the price"

What do you like best about Crowd Content?

The software, the forms, the progress, writer assignment, content review all seemed pretty well designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowd Content?

The output was terrible in quality. They degraded the existing content's quality. They just rehashed the existing content with barely any research of their own. They did not seem to understand the topic in depth.

I opted for their highest plan with extra additions for what I hoped would be the best quality output. At the price of one article, I got 3 months subscription for an AI generated content platform which did a much better job. And this was 2 years before all the hype around LLMs. With the AI platform I was able to generate 50x amount of articles. It was not unlimited as it is now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crowd Content:

I guess it would depend on the actual writers . But, my experience was not good at all. I opted for the best quality writers. So, I would not recommend them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bad writing and billing is whacked"

I used it a few times and the writing was not good. Also, I took a break from it for a long time due to COVID and when I went back my account balance had gone from $200 to zero. When I looked at the account history, it showed that my "credit" had expired! Ummm, what? I have to contact them to get it back. That is not only unethical but unlike any other billing scenario I have ever encountered. I hope to get it back but wonder if I can even get it back without having to use its subpar service.
