Crisp is perfect for users that need up-to-date visualizations and have not been able to manage their distributor data effectively. The ability to filter and drill down on date ranges is easy to use, understand, and download. It was easy to get started, easy to customize your product names, and easy to navigate without slow loading times. I've rarely had to contact customer support, and they respond quickly each time. I wish that Crisp had the ability to compare two different selected dimensions, edit charts, or provide top level KPI's. Overall there has not been much innovation or improvement in functions since we launched with Crisp. It would also be nice to have more customization with downloaded reports. We love that we don't have to re-frame our minds when we get in because you can go connector to connector and see things visualized similarly. We used to have to completely re-frame jumping from the kehe portal to the unfi portal to the wegmans portal to the whole foods portal. Love the consistency. This isn't Crisp's problem but what the heck UNFI, the "confidential" retailers make it really hard to truly get in here and digest the information. The low barrier to entry makes this an easy tool to adapt to and integrate into day to day workflows.
