"'Intelligence' not very intelligent."
0.5/5
What do you like best about Crexi?

The Crexi MLS is pretty good. I like the functionality for finding listings that might fit my buy box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crexi?

The Crexi Intelligence subscription has proved to be a big waste of money. It's expensive, and the data quality for the purpose of finding off-market deals has turned out to be quite poor. For example, I would be searching for apartment buildings of a certain size in an area. Setting all the filters up, one would expect at least that most of the properties in the results would fit the filters. This has not been the case. Typically I'll weed through 40 properties and find that in actuality only 2 or 3 of them actually fit the filters. You'll get mobile home parks for apartment buildings, vacant land, etc. It's all over the place. The software also lacks the ability to differentiate between an arms-length transaction and a second mortgage or refi, so the mortgage valuations are dicey as well. "Misleading Contracts, Lacks Robust Features"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Crexi?

May keep pricing pressure on Costar, that is all- Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crexi?

I'm frustrated that Crexi didn't allow us an out-clause in our agreement, even though we were led to believe it was possible. The lack of options for terminating the contract is a big issue for me. I also think Crexi could approach customers with friendlier terms and solutions for termination. The user interface is not as intuitive as they claim, making it difficult to perform tasks like a broker opinion of values for properties. Lastly, I expected Crexi to have deep data and information aggregation similar to CoStar, but it really doesn't measure up. It's like a discount version of CoStar, and for commercial real estate agents or business brokers, it just doesn't hold up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Property Search with Convenient Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Crexi?

I like that sellers can upload the full offering memo on the listing in Crexi. This feature is really valuable for me because I don't have to email or call the seller to ask for it; it's already provided, which saves me time. The initial setup of Crexi was easy, just like signing up using my information for any other site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CREXI Leads the Market"
5/5
What do you like best about Crexi?

Everything. The platform is the absolute leader in posting listings, finding buyer opportunities, and getting comps. If owners didn't inquire about Costar/LoopNet exposure (I believe they do so because of habit), we would only exclusively post on CREXI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crexi?

1) I am not a fan of the new dashboard. I was so used to the old one, I preferred it.

2) I wish it was easier to sort through comps - essentially have a CAP Rate for what I do in investment sales is critical, so I'd like to know off hand if there is a CAP Rate and if there is an OM with other details such as lease term. Please note, this information is all available, but it isn't the easiest visually to spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Listings and Easy-to-Use Interface Simplified Our Real Estate Process"
5/5
What do you like best about Crexi?

I use Crexi for real estate listings and it saves me time by showing all available comps in one spot. I appreciate the accuracy of the listings as it helps me get a better understanding of the market. The platform is easy to use, and the initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Crexi?

When adding listings, I wish the pricing section was more flexible. I tend to have to turn off the auto calculation more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for CRE Lead Generation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crexi?

I have been using Crexi for about four years and find it to be a great product, especially when compared to its competitors in the commercial real estate space. I appreciate how Crexi allows me to track who is viewing my properties and to build a database in real-time, something I cannot do with other platforms like Costar. Setting it up is straightforward and user-friendly; anyone familiar with similar software can post listings with ease. I love that Crexi integrates MLS with other databases, making navigation effortless. The application is invaluable for lead generation and databasing, effectively bringing me closer to potential buyers or leasers. The data tracking and metrics utilization are crucial in my work process, offering invaluable insights and helping me analyze property history and parcel data. Crexi's database, including comps and records, is comprehensive and significantly aids my research and decision-making. Moreover, the price point of Crexi offers excellent value, making it a cost-effective choice compared to some other platforms that I consider overpriced. I also rely on Crexi to supply data that I use seamlessly with other tools like Outlook, enhancing my workflow and efficiency. Overall, my experience with Crexi is overwhelmingly positive, summing up to an excellent value proposition in the commercial real estate field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Setup and Effective Lead Generation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crexi?

I appreciate Crexi's simple and straightforward setup process, which keeps it easy to use. The tool significantly expands my reach beyond LoopNet, allowing me to connect with a wider network of clients and agents. I find the client tools particularly useful as they provide access to phone numbers and emails, enabling me to contact multiple clients simultaneously. This efficiency aligns well with my objective of generating more leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crexi?

I sometimes feel uncertain about the lead generation process through Crexi. There are times when I don't receive any leads, and then, unexpectedly, there are times when leads do come through. This inconsistency can be frustrating and leaves me questioning the reliability of their lead sourcing. Additionally, while the setup is generally simple, it requires knowing specific steps to activate listings, otherwise, you must handle the setup manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the information is not as up to date, especially for unsold properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
