Crewlog Reviews & Product Details

Crewlog is a field logging app for small construction and trades businesses in Sweden — painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and similar crews. Workers log time, materials, mileage and site diary entries (byggdagbok) from their phones, with full offline support for job sites without coverage. Work orders keep moments, hours and costs organized per project. The office side turns logged data into payroll-ready exports for Visma Spiris (direct API) and Fortnox (PAXml), and invoice drafts with Swedish ROT tax deduction support. One flat price per user with everything included — no base fees, no add-on modules, no minimum seats. Available on iOS, Android and web. Product language: Swedish.
