"Credly Makes Managing and Sharing Verified Certifications Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

Credly makes it easy to keep all my certifications in one place instead of searching through different emails or portals. I like that every badge is verified, which makes it more trustworthy when sharing it with employers or on LinkedIn. Accepting and sharing badges is straightforward, and the interface is simple enough that I didn't need any guidance to get started. It saves time whenever I need to prove a certification or show the skills I've earned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

Sometimes badges take a little while to appear after they are issued, and I wish there were better filtering and search options when you have several certifications. The mobile experience could also be smoother, especially when viewing or sharing multiple badges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple but versatile Certification Tracking and sharing tool"
3/5
What do you like best about Credly?

I love how it lets you share your certification or skills achievement across various social media platforms, and it even generates content to help you get started. It’s easy to use, and it’s nice being able to see everything under one roof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

Sometimes the share option isn’t visible even though I’m logged in. It seems to think I’m just viewing the badge, rather than being the person who actually earned it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Credential Management with Credly"
4/5
What do you like best about Credly?

I use Credly to manage and showcase professional certifications and badges from leading technology and cybersecurity organizations like Cisco, IBM, Google, ISC2, NVIDIA etc. I appreciate that it serves as a credible platform for verifying expertise in my business consulting and cybersecurity roles. Credly addresses key challenges in credential management by providing a centralized verifiable platform for digital badges, eliminating the need for physical certificates or manual verification processes. It enhances trust in my projects and streamlines sharing achievements across professional networks, which saves me time. I value its role in building trust and efficiency across the business. I find the tamper-proof badge verification to be assuring for credibility from issuers. The user-friendly interface for organizing, sharing, and embedding credentials is a plus, and robust analytics provide insights into skill recognition, fostering career advancement in my cybersecurity and blockchain projects. Setup was a no-brainer; it's just plug and play, ready to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

While it currently excels in core functionality, enhancements in advanced search and filtering for badges could improve discoverability, especially for niche cybersecurity certifications like those from ISC Square. Additionally, deeper integration with enterprise HR systems would streamline bulk verifications in my consulting projects, and a more robust mobile app for on-the-go management would better support dynamic roles in blockchain evolving innovation and hiring processes. I think it would be highly valuable and appreciated if Credly implements analytics functionality, so that each user can actually see which part of the user profile and badges is mostly visited, and what the potential leads are mostly interested in. What do you like best about Credly?

What I appreciate most about Credly is how effortlessly it enables me to manage and share my digital credentials in a professional manner. The platform verifies achievements automatically, issues secure digital badges, and lets me share them on LinkedIn or include them in my CV with just a single click. I also enjoy the clean, user-friendly interface and the detailed metadata attached to each badge, such as the skills demonstrated, the issuing organization, and the badge's validity period, all of which enhance its credibility and value. Furthermore, Credly allows me to keep track of all my certifications in one convenient location and explore related learning or career opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

For instance, the interface occasionally feels sluggish, and managing several badges lacks flexibility. Additionally, downloading or exporting badges in various formats can be confusing, and the customization options for sharing are quite limited. Lastly, certain advanced features, such as analytics or integrations, are restricted to organizations and not accessible to individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome"
5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

"Credly's digital credentialing platform offers a massive network, career boost, and secure badges. It's great for showcasing skills and building your brand. However, be aware of the costs (up to $5 per credential) and limited customization options. Onboarding can be tricky, and customer support gets mixed reviews. If Credly isn't your fit, consider alternatives like Certopus, CertifyMe, or Badgr. Weigh the pros and cons to make an informed decision that suits your needs." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

Credly's common dislikes include high costs ($3,000-$20,000 annually), limited customization, complex onboarding, poor customer support, navigation issues, badge management confusion, and lack of transparency. These complaints vary depending on individual needs. Potential users should weigh these factors when considering Credly for digital credentialing. Exploring alternatives like Certopus, CertifyMe, or Badgr might be beneficial for those seeking more flexible or affordable options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Higher Ed and Professional School Usage"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

As a credentialing administrator for our school, the platform is super intuitive, and I was able to get our entire system up and running in no time. Creating new credentials is a breeze, and the bulk-issuing feature is a true lifesaver. It's honestly saved me hours every week.

With the analytics, I can actually see where our badges are being shared and what kind of traction they're getting. It's really helped me understand the impact our credentials are having.

The support team has been great too—always there to help when I have a question. Honestly, if you're in charge of issuing credentials, you need to check this out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

I would really like to schedule badges to be issued in advance, and it would be great if the system sent persistent reminders to students who haven't yet accepted their badge.

Having this feature would be so helpful, especially when they reach out to us later looking for their credentials that they were sent only a single notification for. And while the back-end is powerful, some of the administrative tools for things like managing groups or renewals can feel a bit clunky and take a while to get used to. The platform allows me to manage and share all my verified badges in one convenient location. Its detailed badge information, such as skills and issuing criteria, makes it easy for employers to understand my capabilities. The seamless integration with LinkedIn for sharing badges is very convenient, and I see great value in storing and verifying all my badges in one trusted place. Credly's reliable nature and sharing options make it a platform worth maintaining, even as a badge collector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big Credly Fan Over Here!"
5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

Just wanted to say—I love Credly. It makes recognizing and celebrating accomplishments so easy and meaningful. Whether it’s highlighting team milestones or showing off individual growth, Credly takes the guesswork out of digital credentialing and turns it into something people actually get excited about.

It's super intuitive, it feels modern (not clunky like a lot of internal tools), and honestly… it just gets it when it comes to making people feel seen.

If you’re not using it yet—do it. Your team will thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

While the platform is pretty intuitive for earners, the backend can feel a bit less polished. Admins might need to click around a lot to set up pathways or bulk issue badges, which could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
