"Outdated software"
What do you like best about CredentialMyDoc?

I do like the simplicity but this only meant for very small practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CredentialMyDoc?

This system is not setup to support a big company. This is meant for mom and pop companies. There is no API, you have to sift through THOUSANDS of the same form with slightly different names and there is no consistency or efficiency. No One at CMD takes the time to update forms or their names so it causes hours of unnecessary work and searching only for the forms to only work half the time. "Great Database for Smaller Groups"
What do you like best about CredentialMyDoc?

User friendly. Report creation is fast and easy to figure out. Straight forward interface. User profiles are easy to create.

It's a great interface for a smaller organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CredentialMyDoc?

not being able to import data from CAQH.

There is not a very efficient way to batch update data.

Every single section has an individual save button. If you skip forward, it may not capture the data you entered in the previous section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great But Always Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about CredentialMyDoc?

The flow of CredentialMyDoc is easy to follow, and training new users is a fairly easy process. If I'm not able to train in-house, CMD is willing to schedule as many live online training sessions as necessary. I love that there are no fees for custom mapping documents, and the turnaround time for mapping is very reasonable. I also appreciate the ability to create unlimited custom reports and schedule them to run automatically. CMD frequently updates the available fields in the program to ensure the Provider Profile is consistent with state credentialing applications and CAQH. There are multiple options to create a new Provider Profile, including manual entry, CMS Import, or via electronic application that can be partially filled by credentialing staff and then sent to the provider for completion. What do you dislike about CredentialMyDoc?

I have several wishlist items that would make the software more functional for me including: a Dashboard that quickly shows me all items with upcoming follow-up dates, expiration dates, which tasks are assigned and to whom, etc.; The ability to edit custom Workflow Checklist columns without having to delete and re-create the checklist, the ability to download checklists by provider for easy reporting to administration and the Credentials Committee, and the ability to reopen closed checklists or view closed checklists once completed; Integration with CAQH so data can be pushed out from CMD to save double-work on my part; and emails sent out to all users when new fields are added to the Provider Profile. Often fields are added but we don't know about it unless we add a new provider or stumble on it by accident, so profile information can be inconsistent between providers. "Great product . "
What do you like best about CredentialMyDoc?

There are so many thing that I like about the product, I like that it is very user friendly, the layout feels very familiar and easy to use. I love the form generator, saves me so much time! Implementation was very easy, they set me up a username and password and I was in. Initially, I was able to give them a bunch of spreadsheets where I had been tracking my information, and they loaded it for me. On some of the providers, they were able to pull some info from CAQH. Then I went in and added the details. I think if you are able to provide them with the data they will try to help in any way that they can, that is just who they are.
