CraftComply Reviews & Product Details

COMPANY DESCRIPTION CraftComply was built for producers, importers, and distributors in the beverage alcohol industry who need to manage brand registrations, product catalog compliance, and renewal workflows across multiple US jurisdictions — without building a compliance department just to track deadlines and paperwork. We built the platform that compliance managers in the beverage alcohol industry actually need. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CraftComply is an all-in-one alcohol brand registration and compliance management platform for breweries, wineries, distilleries, cideries, importers, distributors, and beverage holding companies. We track registrations across all 51 US jurisdictions, manage product catalogs with ABV and size tracking, automate renewal workflows, integrate with Google and Outlook Calendar, and use AI to research state-specific registration requirements — all in a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant platform with SAML SSO support for enterprise teams. WHAT WE DO CraftComply eliminates the spreadsheets, email reminders, and manual research that beverage alcohol brands use to track state registrations — and the costly violations, distribution disruptions, and TTB enforcement actions that result when those systems fail. Our platform manages your full brand and product portfolio, tracks registration status across every state where you distribute, automates the renewal workflow from initial notice through payment and confirmation, and uses AI to research what each state requires for new product registrations so your team does not start from scratch every time you expand distribution. KEY FEATURES Brand and Product Catalog Management Create and manage full brand records with ownership details, manufacturer associations, and product portfolios. Track every product in your catalog with full category, ABV, and size management — 750ml, 1L, kegs (1/6 bbl, 1/2 bbl), cans (12oz, 16oz), and custom sizes. Product-to-brand associations, inline editing, and bulk import and export via CSV and Excel with AI-assisted field mapping. Registration Tracking Across All 51 US Jurisdictions Track registrations for every brand and product across all US states and jurisdictions with status tracking (Active, Pending, Expired, Expiring Soon), expiration date and renewal management, responsible party tracking (Manufacturer or Distributor), registration number and cost tracking, and quick action buttons for payments and renewals. The editable grid view with auto-save and optimistic updates makes bulk status management fast and reliable. AI State Requirements Research CraftComply uses AI to research the specific registration requirements for each US state and jurisdiction — what forms are required, what fees apply, what documentation is needed, and what timelines to expect. This replaces hours of manual research every time you expand distribution to a new state. Three-Step Renewal Workflow CraftComply's structured renewal workflow guides compliance teams through every renewal — from identifying expiring registrations through completing paperwork, tracking payment, and confirming approval — with task assignment, status tracking, and audit trail at each step. Calendar Integration All registration deadlines, renewal dates, and compliance milestones sync automatically to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook so your team never needs to check a separate system for upcoming deadlines. Month, Week, Day, and Agenda views are available within the CraftComply calendar module. Contact and Agency Management Manage regulatory agencies, state contacts, distributor contacts, and other compliance stakeholders in one directory — with association to specific registrations so the right contact is always one click away when a renewal question arises. Payment and Cost Tracking Track all registration fees, renewal costs, and associated payments with GL code support for accounting integration. Payment status tracking and custom approval flows ensure all payments are properly authorized before submission. AI Document Processing Upload TTB certificates, state approval letters, and registration documents — CraftComply's AI extracts key data fields automatically to update registration records without manual transcription. SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance and SAML SSO CraftComply is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, meaning your compliance data is protected by independently audited security controls. Enterprise teams can authenticate through SAML SSO using their existing identity provider. INDUSTRIES SERVED Breweries (Craft, Regional, and Large-Scale) | Wineries | Distilleries | Cideries and Meaderies | Importers | Distributors | Beverage Holding Companies and Multi-Brand Portfolios WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT CraftComply is purpose-built for beverage alcohol brand registration — not a generic compliance tool adapted to fit. The combination of all-51-jurisdiction registration tracking, AI state requirements research, a structured three-step renewal workflow, Google and Outlook Calendar integration, and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance makes CraftComply the most complete registration management platform for beverage alcohol producers and importers. Most competitors require teams to research state requirements manually and track renewals in spreadsheets. CraftComply automates both.
