Cowstail Reviews & Product Details

Cowstail is the admin side of rope access, sorted from your phone. It is built for IRATA and SPRAT technicians in the UK who would rather be on the ropes than on the paperwork. Invoices that get you paid: create a professional invoice in under a minute, with automatic numbering, UK VAT and CIS worked out (CIS deducted from labour only), a PDF, and a public link your client can open without installing anything. See when it was viewed, log payments, chase overdues. Kit and LOLER, never out of date: every descender, harness and rope with serial numbers and inspection dates. Cowstail tracks the six-month LOLER thorough examinations and reminds you before anything lapses. Quals in a verifiable wallet: scan your IRATA or SPRAT card once and the level, number and expiry are read for you. Share a revocable link so a company can verify your tickets without another photo on WhatsApp. Tax without the shoebox: snap a receipt and it is read, filed and counted toward the right UK tax year, with CIS totalled. Jobs that fit your tickets: companies post rope access work free and reach technicians matched by tickets, IRATA level and distance. Free for solo technicians, no card required. UK GDPR, data hosted in the EU, no ads, no data selling.
