This benefits us by providing us with a professional product to better serve our clients and patients within our business. ### 2. We've never had any trouble getting in touch with the support team, with all of them being very helpful. The integration process was smooth and the 24 hour support during transition was incredible. **What do you dislike about Covetrus Ascend?** There are some lack of features which one would assume to be basic for a PMS system, with lacking reporting abilities which is impacting the clinics R&D. **What problems is Covetrus Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration with third party companies has halved our processing time; with GapOnly, Vetpay, Idexx Laboratories and more.. ### 3. We can keep track of patient care and tasks that need to be actioned in a busy clinic environment. **What do you dislike about Covetrus Ascend?** Some features could be further developed to allow a more convenient workflow. **What problems is Covetrus Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficiency is key in our small but busy clinic. Ascend allows everyone (even when not in clinic) to know what is happening with patient care, insurance claims, follow-up calls and inventory. ### 5. All the features are located in the same places as on your phone. It is intuitive. I like that you can have multiple tabs open and the system automatically saves your work as you go - no longer do you have to worry about losing that long history. I do like the customer support tab and the ability to suggest improvements/ **What do you dislike about Covetrus Ascend?** Need a tab to review prescriptions to allow ease of refilling scripts as well as knowing what medications were dispensed and when, given medication requests are a daily part of a clinic's work flow. **What problems is Covetrus Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user friendliness of our previous system was limited - teaching new staff how to navigate around Cornerstone was a nightmare. We often had to have cheat sheets. Now, because Ascend is similar to a mobile-friendly webpage, navigation is intuitive and becoming proficient at the system takes a few hours, rather than several days. Covetrus Ascend also has SMS capabilites which has significantly helped with our reminder system. Clients are more likely to arrive on time now. ### 6.
