COSaiL Reviews & Product Details

COSaiL is an AI sales copilot that gives SDRs and BDRs real-time guidance during live cold calls. As the prospect talks, COSaiL surfaces competitive differentiation, product details, customer metrics, and ways to respond to objections, so reps can answer confidently in their own words. It runs as a Chrome Extension or a standalone app, and no bot joins the call. Cold calling is still one of the most effective ways to reach buyers, especially as inboxes fill up with AI-written email. The challenge is that most reps don’t yet speak their buyer’s language, and they usually learn it one rough call at a time. Post-call review tools help with the next conversation. COSaiL helps with the one happening right now. Real-time call guidance: COSaiL listens through browser audio, transcribes the call live, and puts a few relevant response options on screen within seconds. The rep picks the one that fits and delivers it naturally, with no scripts to read. Works with your existing dialer: Because it runs in the browser, COSaiL fits alongside the dialers and phone systems your team already uses. Post-call summaries: Every call ends with a transcript and AI-generated action items, so reps can stay focused on the conversation instead of taking notes. Manager dashboard: See which reps and call moments need attention first and track objection trends by day and time of day, with call activity tied directly to pipeline. The goal is simple: help every rep sound like they’ve been on the phone for years, starting with their first week.
