**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | Maintenance Administrator, Aviation & Aerospace, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about CORRIDOR?**

CORRIDOR is an extremely valueable software system to learn and use. It keeps track of sales and revenue very easily and I really like that the customer can view and approve work through the Corridor Portal. It's easy to implement into place as well; the CORRIDOR network team moved our old system (Quickbooks) and merged the information between the two and then enabled both software to interact with one another. The network team is also readily availble to address any issues one may experience. We utilize this system for our everyday work process.

**What do you dislike about CORRIDOR?**

CORRIDOR does have it's issues. There are many basic features that are unavailable unless you upgrade your subscription. You also cannot undo certain tasks once their completed (a prime example of this is a service on a purchase order).

**What problems is CORRIDOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extremly easy to track purchased parts, keep record of serialized parts and where they're used, as well as billing. CORRIDOR has definitely sped up our process of generating work orders as well. It's easy to generate a new work order from a generated quote which can be approved by giving the customer access to the customer portal. This saves time from making an Excel based quote which then needs to be re-typed into a system. A huge time saver!

  ### 4. Good tool and tailored for aviation business

**What do you like best about CORRIDOR?**

**What do you dislike about CORRIDOR?**

Interaction and connection with other software are still a challenge.

**Recommendations to others considering CORRIDOR:**

Great tool for aircraft maintenance and service center work order control.

**What problems is CORRIDOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintenance Work Order creation and control.

  ### 5. Corridor in an MRO

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2016

**What do you like best about CORRIDOR?**

Optimized for aviation off the shelf. Did not require large customization costs to build modules like so many other ERP systems.

**What do you dislike about CORRIDOR?**

Sometimes it doesn't allow for the level of flexibility we would like. We find ourselves having to do workarounds where the process design does not support our business design. For instance we align our business in project centered teams, including buyers. Corridor does not allow for workflow approvals that match our design. However in a more conventional production design I can see how their support would work well. Use of crystal reports can get very slow in large projects depending on calculations being processed.

**What problems is CORRIDOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining of orders, down to serial number traceability of materials, complete cost roll ups and labor tracking with finance integration. It is a very good system even with the drawbacks listed above.

  ### 6. Corridor is pretty good for and MRO site

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2016

**What do you like best about CORRIDOR?**

Designed specifically for aircraft MRO operations, so it has a lot of features that are right on target.

**What do you dislike about CORRIDOR?**

I'm not crazy about the fact that it is a thick client and requires a lot of IT management to upgrade it

**What problems is CORRIDOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage aircraft in for repairs and upgrades, this has allowed us to manage customer's aircraft very well
