The team were not only experts in the space, they were very data driven. Each quarter we reviewed how our Share of Voice was growing vs. competition and how our coverage grew over time. They looked at media trends, coverage, and provided detailed insights to support their recommendations. The team were proactive and brought recommendations for what we could do and how we could continue to get better coverage. They didn't just talk about PR but also the impact we could have on AI search results and even overall business results. **What do you dislike about Corporate Ink?** Nothing, the team was great and I didn't have any difficulty working with them or tracking the results of their work. **Recommendations to others considering Corporate Ink:** What worked well in our partnership were the bi-weekly team meetings, bringing in cross functional leaders, bi-annual business reviews with the CEO, and ongoing review of results. **What problems is Corporate Ink solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a goal to elevate the company and our solution to drive more inbound opportunities as well as position ourselves as the clear industry leader.
