The proactive advisory approach stands out most. Rather than just being a reseller, Coretek actively helps us think through our Azure roadmap and licensing strategy, flagging cost-saving opportunities and best practices before we have to ask. Their technical support team is responsive and knowledgeable, which matters a lot when we're dealing with time-sensitive Azure or licensing issues.

**What do you dislike about Coretek - CSP?**

Honestly, we haven't had any issues working with Coretek. As our Azure footprint grows, we'd just like to see continued proactive engagement around newer Azure services and upcoming licensing changes — but that's more of a "keep it up" note than a complaint.

If you're looking for a CSP that actually acts like a partner rather than just a reseller, Coretek is worth serious consideration. They bring real technical depth and take a proactive approach to cost and licensing optimization that we've found genuinely valuable.

**What problems is Coretek - CSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coretek helps us manage our Azure environment and Microsoft licensing more efficiently than we could on our own. Their cost optimization guidance has helped us right-size our Azure spend, and having a knowledgeable partner for licensing (M365, Azure) takes a lot of the guesswork out of procurement decisions. Their technical support has also been valuable when we've run into issues that needed escalation beyond what our internal team could resolve quickly.

Their responsiveness stands out the most. When I reach out, I get clear direction quickly, and that removes a lot of stress from my day. I also appreciate their cloud expertise because it takes a huge amount of technical weight off my plate. The environment feels more stable and predictable, which ties directly to their focus on service reliability. Overall, the best part is the sense of trust. I know that when something needs attention, they will handle it with care and competence.

Their strong technical and business knowledge supports our decision-making and helps us move faster. With their help, we’re able to cover all aspects of managing workloads in the cloud.

**What do you dislike about Coretek - CSP?**

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about Coretek. They’ve been very accommodating, they listen to our feedback, and together we’ve built a functional, healthy vendor-customer relationship.

Do your homework and compare Coretek with other providers on the Microsoft partner site. Choosing a CSP is a critical decision, and it can directly impact your business operations. I’d also recommend talking with some of their customers to understand what their experiences have been like.

**What problems is Coretek - CSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coretek provides expert-level engineering assistance that helps us design, implement, and sustain highly available, secure web application and analytics solutions. We often need to consult with subject matter experts to ensure we are designing a high-quality, secure solution that meets the demands of our business and our customers. Coretek’s SMEs bring a vast amount of expertise and work seamlessly with our team throughout the process.  We also benefit significantly from their Cost Savings Advisory program that helps us keep an eye on spending rates and analyzes our usage on a regular basis and advises on cost saving opportunities.

Our regular meetings to cover the environment and cost.  highlighting areas of change and how it impacts our cost and\or security ratings.

**What do you dislike about Coretek - CSP?**

There seems to be an overlap in meeting structure for maintaining the relationship.

**Recommendations to others considering Coretek - CSP:**

We have been working with Coretek for almost 15 years now and there is very little they haven't been able to accoplish for us when asked.  From on prem infrastructure to cloud, they have had our backs.  Our regular meeting for review and drawing attention to changes in our environment have been helpful in putting focus on the right areas for improvement.  We have saved enough in Azure to cover the cost of several other projects.

Coretek is augmenting our support by increasing availability and access to Microsoft products and product suport.  They are also helping to build our DR plan and will maintain that environment and documentation going forward.

Nothing, I don’t have a single negative thing to say.

If you’re looking for a highly skilled CSP to partner with, Coretek has experts on staff who can help you get where you need to be. So far, we haven’t run into an issue they couldn’t work through with us and resolve.

Coretek has been working closely with our team to consolidate and migrate our Azure resources. They’ve also provided helpful technical and billing support for both our existing cloud environment and any new cloud resources we’ve added along the way.

They are a very capable group of people, it is a pleasure working with them. Everyone I have worked with on their team has left a great impression, and on top of that I usually end up learning something anytime we bring a Coretek SME into a project.

We have been working with Coretek going on our second year now and I don't have any negative comments to add.

I work on a two-man team supporting a very technical Azure environment. Coretek is an extension of our team, and helps us in many roles.

Great Service. If we have any issues Coretek jumps at the opportunity to help.

Everyone at Coretek - CSP is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Partnering with them has helped us successfully transition our environment, and we’ve consistently received the support we needed throughout the process.

Working with Coretek - CSP has been easy, and I don’t have anything I dislike about them. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience.

When working with Coretek - CSP, you get a team of dedicated professionals who are there to assist you at every step. The team is knowledgeable and responsive, and they work closely with you to make sure your needs are met and that projects are completed well.

Coretek - CSP manages our MS 365 and Azure environments.  They provide technical support and bring in SMEs when needed.

The technical experience is excellent and they are very responsive.

Sometimes we want to jump right into a technical project, but there is some general admin work required.  We understand, they do this to ensure a smooth process, it's organized and managed well, but sometimes we are too excited and are ready to dive right into the technical work.

Coretek feels a part of our team.  I trust them.  They are honest, they tell me what is best for my company and not what I need based on other standards.

Coretek is a key partner for us to understand Microsoft licensing and changes to the products.  Coretek supports us in various Microsoft projects such as building a Fabric environment to host our PowerBI Platform.

Communication, support, dedication and expertise is what provides us value.

Still think we need some work on how to get the best use out of the MSP since we came over from Total Solutions.

Great resource for support and development.

**What problems is Coretek - CSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Microsoft platform is where we need the most support, and we get a lot of value out of our working sessions. We also rely on them for SQL and SharePoint development, as well as application support. In both of these areas, their expertise is excellent.  The accounts reps. are very engaged.  The weekly meetings help support our business needs.  They are responsive and informative.

Our Azure environment is stable.  
I have the access that I need to make changes, and backup support from CoreTek is also helpful.

**What do you dislike about Coretek - CSP?**

I have requested quoted for a few service engagements that are critical to our path but have not yet received quotes.  I have asked multiple times for updates.  I am not sure what the issue is, but this is a point of frustration.

**Recommendations to others considering Coretek - CSP:**

Clearly stated service level agreements should be part of the discussion.
Take the time to learn about the billing arrangements, and ask for a demo of the customer portal "Insights"

Persistent monitoring is very beneficial for our environment.

small-to-medium-size requests that straddle the line between operational help and new sales opportunity can get muddled in process

Coretek complements our IT operations in all the ways we would hope - We can count on them to keep us running optimally, allowing our staff to focus on the mission and work of our organization.

Coretek is providing us with expertise and effort in our Microsoft tenant, notably around cybersecurity, feature adoption, and general best practices in administration

we are not their only customer so there are competing priorities.  these are minimal but everyone wants to be number 1 customer

We have tried multiple companies over the last 6-8 years and Coretek has been the best by far.  Very connected with us and looking to make us better because of the relationship.

They are easy to communicate with and available when we reach out to them.

Not sure I have a strong dislike at this time.  They are not the least expensive.  But well worth the cost.

In the time we have worked with Coretek they have been willing to put the time in to make sure projects go well.  I would say to anyone considering them to give them the opportunity to show you how much they care.

There are several.  They have assisted in putting identity in our Azure tenants.  They have assisted us in setting up AVD.  They are moving us from DUO to MS authenticator.

We are currently using them for a number of projects, but major areas are Azure billing and pricing to reduce cost in tenant, as well as searching for monitoring solutions and ERP solutions. They also have assisted with a major migration and support in troubleshooting an Azure Local issue.

Management of our Microsoft licenses in an easy portal. Simple to reach out to Coretek and get answers to questions without having to go through Microsoft support (slow).
Help with advanced one-off projects by connecting us with specialists (e.g. Purview, Copilot, Cowork, etc).
