We are on a mission to help people in the mining industry to work better, together in the modern age. Using CorePlan, Drilling companies can manage their operations from capturing drilling data (know as Plods or DDRs), inspections, incidents to generating cost to clients and then invoicing them after approval. All of this without the need for error prone spreadsheets, back and forth email and paperwork. Exploration and Mining companies use CorePlan to run all their drill programs, from planning the drill holes and field activities, to tracking production & samples to then reconciling costs so they know they are drilling on time and on budget. ## CorePlan Reviews ### 1. And Plod Data Entry (especially if Driller is Coreplan user). And Drillhole Upload and Program tracking. AND safety docs. **What do you dislike about CorePlan?** Would like to be able to custom configure exports. And track non-drilling related expenses by Tenement/Program and HoleID. Oh! Submissions configured to lab templates! **Recommendations to others considering CorePlan:** CorePLAN is a game-changer and a one-stop-shop! It tracks your drilling progress and drilling costs, replaces paper or excel plods, transfers logging and drilling data from field to office, transfers reports, policies and safety documents from office to field. It allows you to submit samples, with the relevant submission data and samples .csv, to your assay labs, and sends you a copy - you can even use it to track/document sample data chain of custody (by taking a photograph of the consignment note on your tablet or phone and uploading it). It makes completing (and delivering to corporate) vehicle, rig, and site inspections easy. It also allows you to keep track of pre- and post-drilling activity (setout and rehab), soil sampling, and provides colour coded GIS data on satellite imagery WITH your tenement boundaries (so you can track progress of holes, programs in real time). You can query, accept and sign Plods. If you're using Ocris Mobile (a great logging tool), you can upload your logs directly from Ocris Mobile to Coreplan. **What problems is CorePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems - data (drilling logs, spreadsheets, surveys, xrf files) and plods being lost. Field Geos and Drillers not knowing where to drill next because Seniors will only tell them one hole at a time. Not having access to reports, policies and procedures in the field. Attaching data for upload to the Holes, especially from Ocris Mobile, has been inspired! And for a bigger company, Corporate staff being able to see drilling stats on the dashboard would be awesome. ### 2. Efficient, time saving and value adding addition to the business **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Paul A. | Drilling Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022 **What do you like best about CorePlan?** Ease of navigation throughout the platform and app. Very easy to extract required data to quickly compile custom reports or view safety/performance/cost data as needed. Great support from Coreplan, inquiries, or any issues have been addressed very quickly. The ability to construct and customize our own safety/inspection forms. Coreplan has definitely increased efficiency within the business. **What do you dislike about CorePlan?** The biggest issue we have had is our tablets logging out and losing data unexpectedly - this issue is improving and being addressed, this has been a complex issue to fix. **What problems is CorePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are currently solving the logging out issue as mentioned above. Also looking to customize a monthly report tailored to our business. Ability to add a customised offsider view (remove the ability for some field workers to have access to filling out plods). Any issues or suggestions I have are addressed/solved relatively quickly, I have seen many of the ideas implemented, which is fantastic. The most significant benefits, as mentioned earlier, is time saving and being able to access the data/costs/stats easily and quickly. ### 3. Compared to Reflex, there is more flexibility in the form creation. I haven't investigated how it compares to iSystain on the safety management side. The PLOD management is useful, but comparable to other solutions at this stage. I think they are on the cusp of improving this though. **What do you dislike about CorePlan?** Several good ideas haven't been implemented yet. So, some features aren't any more convenient than other solutions. That said, the CorePlan staff have been easy to communicate with as we integrate the service into our geological systems. **Recommendations to others considering CorePlan:** The service is built on a flexible platform. **What problems is CorePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been creating inspection forms for all of our LV PreStarts, replacing the carbon paper copies. By tieing the metadata into an automated recall, our maintenance department receives notifications based on the LV PreStart responses. This ensures that issues are addressed immediately, without having to review stacks of paper. Additionally, we can now track metadata on the inspection forms, ### 4.
