## About Corebook
Where the brilliant brands come to build and update their online brand book. Corebook represents 4 Core Principles: °Principle 1 Easy onboarding and a quick demo. °Principle 2 Brand guidelines that are used afterward. You don’t need to watch tutorial videos or learn how to code to get started and maintain it afterward. Corebook believes that nothing makes branding teams stick to a platform more than a brilliant UX and simplicity. °Principle 3 Sharing that simply works. Let’s get real for a moment — who has a time for searching specific files or related guidelines in a brand book with countless sections and long scrolls? Corebook uses deep link functionality to share a specific section or file. °Principle 4 No boring text blocks. Corebook uses social media «Stories» mentality with swiping cards. Split long asset guide text into smaller pieces. To learn more visit our website.

## Corebook Reviews
  ### 1. A good basic system for build Digital Brand Guidelines

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard S. | UX and Interaction Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Corebook?**

Corebook is suitable for non-technical users to begin building digital brand guideline documents. It was easy to get started and quiet intuitive to use. We also go at a nonprofit discount that really helped when we asked customer support.

**What do you dislike about Corebook?**

The integration of font services is lacking. Fonts do not display correctly when using embedding Monotype fonts.

Despite being 'digital' it isn't really built for building digital design systems it feels more like a replacement for a traditional printed brand guidelines.

**What problems is Corebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lengthy Brand Guidelines document and it can be quite an involved process of reviewing the document before we can get changes 'out into the world'. Corebook makes the process of updating much faster.

  ### 2. Corebook experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | Creative digital designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Corebook?**

It’s a really useful platform with a lot of potential, we’ve had a lot of positive feedback from our client, and it’s made their life a lot easier and helped their understanding of their brand.

They seem really on it with updates which is great and your customer service has been incredble. It’s a really intuitive platform and I look forward to seeing how it progresses.

**What do you dislike about Corebook?**

As both myself and the client are working in one guideline doc it would be useful to have a notification when I open the document if another user has made amends similar to how Google Docs has.

It would be useful to have the ability to edit the sizing of certain elements such as buttons for example where it seems the size of the button is reliant of the amount of text inside; this can cause an issue if there are multiple buttons beside each other with different amount of text inside. If they could be manually scaled say across 3 columns for example it improve the overall look of the guidelines.

**What problems is Corebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping build an online toolkit for a clients brand.

  ### 3. Creative uses for Corebook

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Corebook?**

I use corebook as an online brand guideline platform. It's really intuitive and there are base templates to use that make using it easier and more time efficient.

**What do you dislike about Corebook?**

It's not always the quickest of plaforms to upload, download and create new pages etc, however that could be down to the number of users online at the same time.

**What problems is Corebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corebook allows us to put our clients brand guidelines online to be shared (with protection if required) with anyone who needs to access.
It allows multiple administrators to use it at the same time so we can work similtaniously on the same document, makig the initial build and maintenance more effecient.

  ### 4. Intuitive tool for designers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessi C. | Head Of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Corebook?**

An amazing onboarding process that feels very smooth and intuitive. Love the possibilities to adjust the design and to have everything in one place. No longer worrying about having the most up-to-date version of your brand guidelines cause it's always up to date.

**What do you dislike about Corebook?**

Depending on the size of your company it might not make sense to invest from the get-go. But there is a free version and the moment you can afford it - do it. It's so worth it.

**What problems is Corebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one place for all the brand guidelines that are up to date. No more clunky Google Drives that are overfilled with old designs that no one uses anymore or having to search through brand guidelines in PDF or Slides.
