I think the support is amazing. The site is integrated well and it would be good for the writer as well as the proofreader. It's also a well-known and trusted brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel there should be more in-depth media associated with the site itself to help us. The forum helps but it's not very detailed and there could be more so we wouldn't be stuck implementing this software or really using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
