Convos by Deepr Labs Reviews & Product Details

Convos by Deepr Labs is bilingual AI intake for law firms. It answers inbound calls and web forms in English and Spanish, follows a firm-approved intake script, qualifies leads, books consultations, and warm-transfers urgent matters to staff when needed. Every conversation is organized in one shared hub with transcript, recording, structured summary, urgency, status, and next steps. Convos is built for firms that lose leads after hours, during front-desk overflow, or when Spanish-speaking prospects cannot get help quickly. The platform supports configurable scripts, disclosures, consent prompts, human review, escalation rules, calendar booking, and returning-caller context. Convos helps law firms respond faster while keeping attorneys and staff in control of scripts, conflict checks, routing, and case decisions.
