Functionalities were suspiciously removed when I tried to cancel my account. I was unable to even view how many credits I had left or previous invoices. Customer support told me I could pause my account however that option never appeared. Worst of all, I had tens of thousands of credits accumulated that all went away once I tried to cancel ahead of the next billing cycle. You don't even get the option to use them up before the billing cycle ends--Jasper removed me from Boss mode and limited my use to the templates, even though I'd paid up front for the full functionality.
