It helps add creative ideas and allows me never to stop having new ways to confront the problem. It’s kind of a friendly voice that you can kick around ideas with when you need some brainstorming advice. **What do you dislike about Jasper?** To be truthful, Yasi does not do an effective job in the production of content, and this feels like it may not be that accurate especially when it comes to matters of fact. For me in particular, an instance worth mentioning is that the article was misleading. The lack of customization options further hindered my ability to tailor the output to our specific needs. Outdated Technology Jasper.ai's technology seems to have fallen behind its competitors. It lacks the advanced language processing capabilities of Gemini and GPT-4, resulting in inferior output quality and a less intuitive user experience. Unreliable Performance Jasper.ai's performance was inconsistent, with frequent glitches and errors. This made it difficult to rely on the tool for time-sensitive projects, as we couldn't be sure whether it would function properly. In conclusion, Jasper.ai is a disappointing AI writing tool that fails to live up to the standards set by Google Gemini and Chat GPT-4. The chat was much like GPT, but had its own personality. It fills the same role as the pre-prescribed templates, but in a less organized and more friendly manner. Compared to GPT, it wasn't better, or worse, just different. **What do you dislike about Jasper?** Unfortunately every single thing they offer is dually fulfilled by the no-cost ChatGPT. Jasper gives the user a menu, but Chat specifically has nothing new to add. It can give you life advice, write an essay, summarize books or movies, and even make a photo for you using Jasper Art (the graphics here are insanely good). The one thing I simply don't like is paying this much for something they (I guess?) don't want you to know is free somewhere else? They are their own neural network who has trained their model using its own unique algorithms, but the results are similar, simply a different way of looking at the free GPT. **What problems is Jasper solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had JC create descriptions for certain products I was selling on Amazon. I felt that using the chat feature was a bit easier than using the templates, due to the free-flowing nature of the conversational style. Also due to it being a chat, the chat could go back and revise what it said previously if I wanted to change something. I actually gave the same assignment to ChatGPT in some instances and decided I liked it better. JC used very repetitive, formulaic language (often started with "looking for X? Look no further than Y") whereas GPT seemed to generate new information each time. ### 16. If I want to use it for the duration of my paid subscription, I would have to choose to suspend my account. I am surprised that I cannot use the full product during the suspension of my subscription, which made me feel Jasper is ridiculous!! I have contacted Jasper Support. But only their bot gives auto-reply, I could only leave a message to ask to unsubscribe and refund. But after 48 hours, no one gave me any reply. This company shows a worrying amount of arrogance, consistently delivering below-average products and laughable services. Honestly, templates are the best features. If you, for example, need to write a blog post, Jasper comes with the right content and 'dialect.' If you need to write a product description later, you use the next template. Within the template, you can still fine-tune the style and prompt to get a decent output. Jasper has a lot of content for learning the tool, and they provide you with many tips and tricks to get jobs done. The only thing wrong with the program is that he's still young and learning, so sometimes he produces repetitive content - but that's easy to report, get credits refunded, and retry the output, which usually is a success! **What problems is Jasper solving and how is that benefiting you?** I struggle with writing - not that I am a bad writer on my own, but it takes me FOREVER to come up with ideas and turn them into sentences. Jasper is everything I have come to expect over the many years of using this AI. You can be sure pricing will be around the same as other competitors, if not less expensive. I was disappointed when I wasn't grandfathered into the new pricing model, which increased my monthly payment up 300%+. Their customer service is alright, but not the best. Expect the company to put itself first rather than the customer first. I can save a description for each faucet of our marketing and use it to reproduce what I've written in a format that's tailored for every outlet. It can sometimes make the content sound very generic and sometimes has difficulty rewording it another way. Maybe it gets a bit of writer's block too, but it will just repeat what I've said in a different order instead of rephrasing it. **What problems is Jasper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jasper is helping me spend less time on content creation by helping me rework my original content in various ways to optimize it for each outlet.
