Contrattos Reviews & Product Details

Contrattos (contrattos.com.br) is contract tracking software for Brazilian companies with several locations, such as clinic networks, retail chains, schools and franchises. Upload the signed PDF and the AI fills in supplier, term, notice period, value and price-adjustment index, showing which page of the PDF each field came from. Every deadline becomes an e-mail alert: before expiry, before the last day to cancel an automatic renewal, and before the annual adjustment (IGP-M, IPCA). Each branch manager sees only their own location's contracts; head office sees everything in one dashboard by location and by area. It does not draft or e-sign contracts. No implementation: create an account and upload the first contract. Pricing per location, with unlimited users and contracts. Interface in Brazilian Portuguese. Em português: gestão de contratos para empresas com várias unidades. A IA lê o PDF, mostra a página de origem de cada dado e avisa antes do vencimento, do aviso prévio e do reajuste.
