This significantly reduces the reliance on emails, messages, spreadsheets, and manual processes. ContractorTask also includes powerful tools for preventive maintenance, recurring tasks, and portfolio management, helping organisations stay ahead of routine service schedules and maintain compliance across all buildings. Reporting and analytics features provide valuable insights into performance, response times, job history, and contractor productivity, allowing teams to make better operational decisions. The platform offers secure data handling, unlimited storage for media and documents, and flexible user permissions to ensure every user has the right level of access. Integrations with systems like Xero and Stripe help streamline financial workflows, reduce double entry, and keep accounting and payment processes aligned with job activity.
