On folder organization, you’ve highlighted an area where we know the experience can be smoother. Today, you can drag and drop projects between databases by dragging them onto the database name (not just within its contents), and on the Cover Sheet you can drag pages into different folders, but this can feel cumbersome. Feedback like yours is helping our product team explore more direct ways to move projects between folders (for example, using clearer “move to folder” actions), so it’s easier to keep things organized without extra effort. That you can't split screen or view more than one sheet at a time. It is also a little clunky, like I don't know of any keyboard shortcuts that would help speed up my work. While OST doesn’t currently support true “split screen” in a single Takeoff tab, you can open additional view windows (via the blue A icon on the right‑hand toolbar or by using Ctrl + 2) to look at multiple pages at once, which can help when you’re comparing sheets. Take a look at the URL we've included. There are also a number of built‑in keyboard shortcuts designed to speed up common actions, and our help resources walk through many of those so you can get more efficiency out of the tools.
