Adding capabilities like right‑click panning or enhanced measurement options in those reference windows is something our product team is actively reviewing based on feedback like yours. There are some known limitations that can cause errors, such as file paths (including the file name) that are longer than 128 characters, or projects that pull images from more than one folder location—both can lead to path problems when creating or sharing bid packages. If this might be what you’re running into, shortening the file path and keeping project images in a single location can help. If that doesn’t resolve it, please reach out to our support team so we can look at your specific error messages and help get things working smoothly.
