By leveraging their ConnectPointz platform and automation services, we no longer had to manually enter orders or download shipping labels and custom packing slips. All order updates, like tracking and cancellations, were now communicated, automatically, in almost realtime with our customers. So far I haven't found anything I dislike because I have only use ConnectPointz certain ways. The only change I would make is make the website more modern like the product/order search area (where all the information is).
