"Better AND Cheaper than LaunchDarkly"

What do you like best?

ConfigCat is somehow both better AND cheaper than LaunchDarkly. The ConfigCat folks have been very helpful and friendly, and dealing with our various support requests. They even listen to feature requests! After I asked about high latency to their servers, they added global servers. ♥️ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

More of a feature *difference* than a problem: the model is "inside out". So rather than sending each value to ConfigCat and evaluating the flags server-side, instead the flag rules are downloaded to the client and then evaluated locally. This has pros and cons, so consider based on your use-case. For us it's fine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Benefits are that it's far, far cheaper than any alternative we found. The support team are really fast and helpful. Downsides are we had to write our own React wrapper, at first latency was high because the servers were not worldwide (now fixed). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
