I used both Design and Test Studios, and really appreciated the low/no-code platform's features to design API artifacts (spec; code; mocks; test data, cases, suites) through its drag-and-drop interface, without needing to resort to legacy, code-first JSON/YAML.

It's clear a focus on collaboration and hyper-automation are central to Conekkto's value proposition. The design/build/test features are elegant and intuitive, and the speed/cost efficiencies are second-to-none (connectors: SQL Server, Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL).

Also noteworthy is the one-click API lifecycle artifact generation from unified OpenAPI specification source which greatly accelerate automation, solving the unmet need and pain point of slow, siloed processes, needless API expense, and development friction.

What do you like best about Conektto?

One can easily create, test and push to production APIs using the Conektto environment. Being able to connect various databases, such as MySQL or Mongodb, adds great flexibility. The latest update enables filtering, conditional logic, working with No-SQL databases, and creating APIs in free format. Ram and his team are working around the clock to improve the product, and customer service is unbeatable. Conekkto is building a low code API design platform which can be used by not just developers but also other stakeholders like Product Owners who want to make sure that there are no gaps between their expectations from an api and what the developers are designing. Also after designing the API, there is an option to download a starter boilerplate code in aspnetcore which can save developer time that is used for writing code from scratch.

Conekkto has in-built capability to connect to application database and generate test data and test the api against a mock or an actual implementation of the api. "Design api without PhD in JSON"

What do you like best about Conektto?

I have started using Conektto recently because of challenges with other tools I have been using for many years. I was looking for a browser based design tool, does not require download, allows drag / drop functionality and generate api spec quickly. I was surprised to see how I was able to do this in very quickly. I continued to explore other features. I found ability to connect to backend and generate API spec with business logic and metadata was also simpler in Conektto. I had initial challenges but was able to reach out to support and get the host IP of Conektto added as firewall rule in few minutes and I was able to connect to my Azure MS SQL. I can say Conektto is the platform to get backend APIs designed, built and tested very Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conektto?
