Their state of the art technology and poor methodologies does not guarantee that every project is completed on time and within the allocated budget. **What do you dislike about SMART Project Delivery?** The loe level of transparency and communication they provide is not instilling in me a sense of confidence and tranquility throughout the process. The unresponsiveness of their customer support team and the limited options for customization are drawbacks of SMART Project Delivery. **What problems is SMART Project Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** SMART Project Delivery needs to serve as a platform for business and management solutions to benefit our organization. It has nnot resolved the issue of project management by providing a platform.These factors hinder communication.
