**What do you like best about CompanyEnrich?**

I work in B2B SaaS and run a lot of outbound and content research. CompanyEnrich quickly became my default for company-level data. The lookalike search is the standout for me. I drop in a domain and get back genuinely similar companies, not random matches that share one industry tag. For niche ICPs that Apollo and ZoomInfo miss, this is a real edge. Semantic search is the other feature I use weekly. I can type something like "B2B sales engagement platforms in the US under 200 employees" and get clean results without wrestling with ten filters. The Clay integration is smooth, and the API is well-documented enough that I had a working enrichment flow running inside an hour. Data quality on smaller and harder-to-find companies is noticeably better than the older providers I used before.

**What do you dislike about CompanyEnrich?**

The credits system takes a bit of getting used to since different endpoints consume different amounts. A clearer in-app breakdown of credit cost per call would help with monthly planning. State or city level location filtering for company search would also be useful when I want to narrow down by metro. 

**What problems is CompanyEnrich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two main jobs for me.

First, building tight prospect lists for outbound. Lookalike plus semantic search means I spend minutes on a list that used to take hours across multiple tools.

Second, enriching company records with accurate firmographics for CRM and outbound automation. The data is fresher, and coverage on niche companies is much stronger than what I was getting before.

End result: faster list building, cleaner CRM data, and better-targeted campaigns with higher reply rates.

**What do you like best about CompanyEnrich?**

I use CompanyEnrich mainly for enriching our outbound lists and filling in gaps in our CRM data. The tool runs really smoothly once it's set up. The biggest thing for me is how consistent the data quality is; the fields are actually populated with accurate data rather than outdated entries. CompanyEnrich has meaningfully reduced the issue of prospects hitting our CRM with missing info, wrong company headcount, and outdated emails to a larger extent.

**What do you dislike about CompanyEnrich?**

The main thing I would like to flag is the initial configuration is time-consuming and it requires upfront planning. It's not plug-and-play out of the box - you'll want to map your fields before going live. Also, having built-in documentation for advanced workflows would help, especially for teams that aren't API-heavy.

CompanyEnrich gives us company and contact data in one place through a strong API suite.

Biggest value for us is coverage. Compared to some other tools in the market, it helps us find more usable company data, contacts, and emails.

The MCP server is also useful because it makes the data easier to use inside AI-led GTM research and prospecting tasks.

The setup takes some planning if you want to connect the API suite properly with your CRM or outbound stack.

I really like the domain lookalike feature in CompanyEnrich. It's the number one thing that's most beneficial to me. I think their company data is generally much more accurate than most data providers. They have an overall really great, easily usable product, and I particularly like their integration with Clay, which I use a lot. The setup is extremely easy and takes seconds, and their APIs and integrations are super straightforward.

I like how the API endpoints in CompanyEnrich allow me to get leads quickly, which is super helpful for automating marketing workflows. Being an AI engineer, I find it valuable that once I create the criteria for a lead list, I can just call the API and get the leads without breaking the automation. **What do you like best about CompanyEnrich?**

I use CompanyEnrich to build really targeted lead lists. I tried so many other tools before this, but they kept giving me bad data and companies that weren't even close to what I needed.

CompanyEnrich is different. The data is actually good, and I can get super specific with my searches.

The two things I love most:

AI Semantic Search: This thing is amazing. I can type something like "multi premium brand lubricant distributors in USA" and it actually finds exactly what I'm looking for. No junk results. Just the companies I actually want to contact.

Lookalike Search: When I need competitors for a specific company, I just drop in their website and boom - I get a list of really similar companies. The matches are spot on, not random companies that sort of fit.

I mainly use it when I need to find niche companies that other tools completely miss. If I'm doing outreach for something specific, CompanyEnrich actually delivers the right prospects instead of making me dig through hundreds of irrelevant companies.

It just works better than everything else I've tried.

**What do you dislike about CompanyEnrich?**

The exclusion feature needs work. When I try to exclude certain keywords or industries, those companies still show up in my results sometimes. I end up having to add way more exclusion terms than I should need to actually filter them out.

The other thing that's annoying is adding keywords. If I want to add 10 or 15 keywords at once, I can't just paste them all in. I have to add each one manually, one by one. It's tedious when you're working with longer lists.

A bulk keyword upload feature would save so much time. That's probably the biggest improvement they could make for power users like me.
Other than those two things, it's a solid tool. Just needs some workflow improvements.

**What problems is CompanyEnrich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CompanyEnrich saves me tons of time and gets me better results.

Before this, I was using Apollo and other tools to build niche lead lists. I'd waste hours trying different keywords and filters, and the data still wasn't great. My campaigns kept getting delayed because I couldn't find the right prospects fast enough.

Here's a real example: I had a client with a great case study who wanted to reach their competitors' customers. We used the lookalike search feature and got about 300 companies. Out of those, around 150-200 were actually well-targeted.

We reached out to about 600 people from that list and booked 3 meetings. That's solid results for a pretty small outreach.

The biggest thing is that good lead lists are the foundation of any campaign. If you're not reaching the right people, nothing else matters - doesn't matter how good your copy is or what your offer is.

So CompanyEnrich basically lets me build better lists faster, which means my campaigns perform better and I can deliver results for clients quicker. Higher ROI all around.

What I like most about CompanyEnrich is how easy it is to use while still being very powerful. The interface is intuitive, setup is fast, and you can get value almost immediately without spending hours configuring the tool. It fits naturally into existing workflows and makes account research and enrichment much smoother.

There is a small learning curve to fully understand all enrichment fields and advanced use cases, especially at the beginning. 

Some additional documentation or examples for advanced workflows would make onboarding even faster. That said, this is minor compared to the overall value the tool provides.

**What problems is CompanyEnrich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CompanyEnrich helps with identifying the right accounts and mapping Total Addressable Market accurately. It saves a significant amount of time on manual research, improves data quality, and allows better prioritization of accounts. As a result, targeting is clearer, go to market decisions are faster, and sales and growth efforts are much more focused.

I really like the semantic search feature in CompanyEnrich, which allows me to use plain English text to find companies. It's an easy way to filter companies that I couldn't find anywhere else. The lookalike search is also impressive - it’s a strong tool that helps me identify companies based on those in my CRM that closed or ones that fit well based on thermographics or technographics. Additionally, the setup of CompanyEnrich was super easy and user-friendly.

I feel there can be more signals based on what company I'm finding. Besides thermographics and technographics, I would like to have latest funding dates, latest news. Some mail can use as a signal.

I really like they have a very intuitive interface. It's very easy to filter out and build our completed list within minutes, without any complexity or technical configuration needed. It's easy to build our target list and get our term out easily with the UI.

I think they should also include the personal label enrichment or individual prospecting level enrichment apart from company level enrichment.

**What do you like best about CompanyEnrich?**

The semantic search. This features is saving me a boatload of time. I don't have to spend time on finding the right type of filtering when I'm searching for my TAM. I can just type "B2B Fintech SaaS in the US" and I will get the results I want. All I need to do is filter the employee size, and a couple of keywords. That's it.

It's easy to implement, and the customer support is on point! I use it most of the times when I'm starting a new prospecting list. It's also really easy to integrate with clay via webhook.

**What do you dislike about CompanyEnrich?**

For a list bigger than 2000 companies, sometimes it gets around 100, 150 duplicates. And it's also getting stuck at page 18, or 20, when I'm exporting them in Clay.

Unlike other tools in the space, CompanyEnrich stands out by focusing on one thing and doing it exceptionally well: identifying the most relevant lookalike companies based on your ICP criteria.

Top feature for me is b2b/b2c/saas categorization - it's something that you can't do with any database solution, sometimes companies can be at very different industries. Clay integration is also very convenient, and lookalike search is powerful too.

The usage credits system is not very clear in terms of pricing.

Enriching the B2B companies data. As an outbound agency we target only relevant people so we build extensive scoring systems to target really ICP-fit companies and persona-fit prospects. CompanyEnrich provides a lot of data we need for this.
