Provide low latency to the end-user. One more plus points its range of ruckus AP is far greater than similar other products in the market **What do you dislike about Commscope Ruckus?** There is no dislike as such, but this ruckus product seems to be slightly high in range in terms of money/financial, but it's an excellent value of money product as it will give you the best uninterrupted wireless connectivity. As per technical terms, there is no negative of this product. **Recommendations to others considering Commscope Ruckus:** I must recommend ruckus to all the users /broadband/ISP or telecom company for uninterrupted internet services. Both wired and wireless. Also used for our conference services deployment for various corporate groups. **What do you like best about Commscope Ruckus?** The GUI web interface is easy to navigate make changes in, and supervisor the system. The access points are made well and are fairly durable. I have never had one fail or brick and even be defective, really. And the one or two that I have had be defective have been replaced. Also the variety and selection are good. The form factors of their access points are tailored to fit any need of ours. **What do you dislike about Commscope Ruckus?** I dislike how upgrading firmware can render older access points unusable. Feels like I'm buying new access points too often to stay current with controller firmware. There is also unclear or not easily found documentation regarding which firmwares brick which access points. You need to have a support account to see the PDF docs and its a real slog to try and comb through various docs to find your particular upgrade path and in that path which APs will no longer work. **Recommendations to others considering Commscope Ruckus:** Good UI, support, and updates.
