It looks complex but once you get the hang of everything it's amazing. My bank didn't allow any transfers for a while but then me stepped in in cointopay and it all went in smoothly. Futures are amazing. You can go long and short. No other app compares. team has added various new options/functionalities to make the app more and more useful. **What do you dislike about Cointopay?** I would rate it as 7 except for the fact that they still cannot calculate and update the correct buying price when there is a demerger of any stock. The user has to keep track of price changes offline in an Excel file. In such cases, checking the P&L is problematic. Hope they work on that part ASAP. Unsatisfied customer support... ! **What problems is Cointopay solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I tried to withdraw my credits, it had an error, here is their reply, with no justification of why it was prohibited. they resolve after some raise. ### 2. It is sometime bit complex to understand where we have to go for particular issue. What are the steps needed to take in order to solve problems. Not every one is tech gig and that's why it needs to me more user friendly and it should provide some guidance or guidelines how you should handle the situation in case of failure. **What problems is Cointopay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Major problem solved by cointopay is that it allows transaction over multiple currency.
