I feel more safe & secure than I do on overseas platforms. They also have runs on the board by how long they have been around for. Personally I've used them for over 6 years & never had a problem with trades or deposits, withdrawals & transfers. It's a very easy platform to use. Customer service has been great. quick to respond & always address the issue. Security issues were addressed swiftly when I advised them that a hacker was trying to access my account. They locked it up tight & it took me over 6 weeks to get access back BUT my funds were secured. **What do you dislike about CoinJar Exchange?** They could be more competitive with their pricing (on trades) & offer some margin lending options. **What problems is CoinJar Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 2. I often have to close down the app to restore functionality. I would love to be able to set buy and sell orders from the graph view, like Kraken. I’d also like for there to be more coins available to buy on the app. Seems a little limited. **What problems is CoinJar Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gaining trust in the safe trading of cryptocurrencies. Swyftx fees on large trades can take a good bite out of gains. Binance has good fees but no AUD onramps and offramps. CoinJae has low fees and easy to cash out. ### 10.
