I also like that this platform provides sources for the answers, which makes it easier to verify the information even before using it internally. The ability to create different bots for different use cases like sales and marketing, HR, training and other customer support makes this platform is very helpful. Still, on certain occasions, their output might need review, especially when the question is complex or even when the uploaded knowledge base is not properly organised. I really like the technical support because it is very easy to access, it has a chat tool that responds in a reasonable time.
