When I joined, it took a while for them to actively send me job offers, but as soon as they started, several offers came my way. I had a small problem with the first customer (it wasn't Lemon's fault), but I ended up having to redo an internal process again. For the second client, everything went well, an excellent team, and everyone paid on time, without any problems. I have only positive feedback. Negotiations are strictly hourly, therefore, there are no benefits other than this, such as vacations. You must plan correctly and define your hourly rate considering these "built-in extras", as you will only be paid for the hour/day worked. One such calls, I felt the client was being somewhat fishy, and the person from Lemon agreed. So we decided to have one more call with them to get some things cleared and if it still didn't feel right, turn them down. which we did. I highlight this as it shows Lemon really has the dev's best interest in mind.

They found a great match for me and I worked for 8 months with that client through Lemon, before I was offered an indefinite contract.
