Team members have excellent English language skills and are strong software developers.

**What do you dislike about CoDev?**

Need to manage time zones.  Not really a problem, but this is the main issue in contrast to a local team.

**Recommendations to others considering CoDev:**

If you are looking to work with an outsource team as an extension of your core team of engineers, this is a great solution.
