The built-in integration with Active Directory is key to simplifying and standardising signatures at scale without breaking the bank. Pre-built templates are easy to use and amend with the available designer. The support team are excellent, always providing professional and efficent support. The product is great, The problem i have is the lack of standardised HTML and font support with email clients. eg. Microsoft, Apple, Google. Recommendations to others considering CodeTwo Email Signatures On-prem: Spend the time to utilise the Active Directory attributes lookup and CodeTwos support to ensure best practice use. We had staff creating their own signatures at will, enforcing wallpapers and colour themes that are stuck for an email thread. This was easily resolved with the implementation of CodeTwo Exchange Rules. Along with the addtion of Office ADMX templates and GPO to prevent users from even adding signatures in the first place. I tried the CodeTwo Exchange Rules for Exchange 2016 product to be able to apply signatures to my entire organization, around 150 mailboxes. It works really well both the product and the technical assistance. I had a problem with Outlook for iPhone which used an unrecognized email closing tag. Normally users are making a mess of signatures or out of office mails etc. Mostly accidentally though, forgetting to adjust. No more worries about that with Exchange Rules. Corporate look and feel of emails is applied, Exchange rules will manage this from one control panel. To be sure....
