"AI-Driven Code Reviews with Seamless CICD Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

I like CodeRabbit's ability to respond in a language I can understand and its helpful suggestions for improving functions and general code. I appreciate how it provides a clear picture of what needs to be done when there are conflicts or testing failures in a pull request. The AI-generated code review comments and project context it provides are very useful. It's also great for security and test analysis. I enjoy its integration into CICD pipelines and how it sets organizational coding rules that we all follow, which helps maintain consistency across team members. Its integration with Git is something I really value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

When it comes to CodeRabbit, I find it a bit annoying that it always has something to say, constantly giving feedback no matter what I do. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy for me at the beginning, as it was my first time setting it up. However, I got used to it as I started using it in different projects. "Catches Edge Cases in PRs and Keeps Code Quality Consistent"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

CodeRabbit's biggest advantage for us is that it catches issue during the PR review itself , especially edge cases and things that are easy to miss in manual reviews. It helps maintain consistent code quality across the team and saves developers time on repetitive review checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

Sometimes it can be a little too detailed and flag issues that aren't really important for the context of the change. It would also be helpful if the suggestions were more consistently prioritized by severity, so the team can focus on the issues that actually need attention. "Speeds Up PR Reviews with Top-Notch Code Quality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

I mainly use CodeRabbit to analyze pull requests faster, which helps me get quicker PR reviews done. I like the code quality feature because it eliminates sloppy code written by my teammates and helps us determine unnecessary codes while also solving security issues. It also has a feature that prioritizes PR queues, making it easier for me to dashboardize everything and view the entire flow. The initial setup was definitely easy. What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

The UI could have been better in terms of the mobile app. I feel like it could give me a more streamlined UI on mobiles, so I can open up the UI and quickly check what's happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A useful second set of eyes for code reviews."
4.5/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

What I like most is that it catches issues that are easy to overlook during a manual review. The comments are generally specific enough to understand what needs attention, and having the review integrated into the development workflow makes it convenient to address smaller issues before they become a problem. I especially like it as a second set of eyes rather than a replacement for human review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

The main limitation is that some suggestions can be a little too cautious or may not be relevant to the specific context of the code. I found that I still needed to review the comments and decide which ones were actually worth addressing. It would be useful if the feedback could be more context-aware and prioritize higher-impact issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our PR Review Process with Powerful Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

I use CodeRabbit for automated AI pull request reviews, quick bug detection, code optimization, and ensuring security standards before merging. CodeRabbit accelerates code reviews by providing instant, automated feedback on every pull request and reducing peer wait time. It also catches subtle logic bugs, security vulnerabilities, edge cases, and antipatterns that human reviewers might miss. CodeRabbit enforces clean code principles, formatting, and best practices uniformly across the entire codebase. I like the line-by-line code suggestions because they provide instant, one-click fixable suggestions directly on PRs, which cuts down review interactions and speeds up merges. The Interactive PR Chat allows inline conversations to ask questions or request refactoring right inside GitHub/GitLab, functioning as an on-demand co-pilot. I also find the smart noise filtering very beneficial as it focuses strictly on real bugs, security risks, and performance issues, avoiding trivial nitpicks and keeping developers focused on what actually matters. The initial setup of CodeRabbit was exceptionally fast and straightforward with zero friction onboarding and instant utility. It works out of the box with zero required configuration, immediately reviewing PRs upon installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

I sometimes experience occasional hallucinations and false positives where CodeRabbit flags valid code or custom framework patterns as bugs, which means I have to dismiss non-applicable suggestions. Also, CodeRabbit lacks deep cross-repository context, as reviews are mostly restricted to the current pull request diff and can miss architectural constraints or dependencies defined in other repositories. For large pull requests with thousands of lines of changes, I'm frustrated by the token limit truncation—it may summarize high-level diffs rather than performing deep analysis on every single file. Additionally, fine-tuning noise for our custom stack rules can be time-consuming and requires trial and error for proper configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Coding Confidence with Practical Feedback"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

I use CodeRabbit to support my coding and development workflows, especially when reviewing code and understanding where improvements can be made. I love that the platform is easy to navigate, with a clean and user-friendly UI that makes the review process straightforward, even for someone who is still developing their coding skills. I appreciate how smoothly CodeRabbit integrates into existing development workflows, making code reviews feel like a natural part of the process rather than an additional task. I find the feedback clear and practical, which helps me spot things that I might have missed and understand where my code can be improved, learning better ways of doing things. The feedback points me in the right direction and helps me understand why something could be improved, rather than just telling me that it's wrong. CodeRabbit saves me time and gives me more confidence in my coding abilities. The interface feels like a natural part of reviewing code rather than another tool to manage. The initial setup was pretty straightforward and quick, making it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

Maybe the feedback can be a bit more beginner-friendly. Since I'm still building my coding experience, there are times when I have to do a bit of extra research to understand fully why a change is recommended. But once I understand it, it makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and Specific Feedback for Code Reviews"
4/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

I like that CodeRabbit offers quick and clear feedback directly in the pull request. This helps me identify specific improvements without replacing human review. I receive specific observations in the same context where the change was made, which makes it easier to understand which part of the code needs attention and to correct it quickly. It also avoids long exchanges of comments and allows reaching the human review with an initial validation already done. Additionally, I've heard that the initial setup is quite simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

Sometimes some comments can be too generic and do not directly apply to the specific context of my project. It would be helpful if they were more adapted to the internal conventions, architectural decisions, and particular rules of each repository. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Smart Code Review Assistant That Saves Time"
4/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

What I like most about CodeRabbit is that it catches things I might miss during a code review. The suggestions are usually easy to understand and help me save time, especially when reviewing larger pull requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

Sometimes the feedback feels a little too picky, and not every suggestion is actually useful. I also have to double-check some of the comments before making changes,so it can add a bit of extra work instead of saving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Confidence Booster with PR Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

I use CodeRabbit in GitHub to review PRs, and it really shrinks the PR review time. What I like most about CodeRabbit is the confidence it provides across the repo. As a developer, sometimes we forget about out-of-scope changes which might regress because of PR changes, but CodeRabbit catches it. In our team of five developers, we often forget the repercussions of new PR code, but CodeRabbit considers all past scenarios and catches if anything can break other features. The initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

I wish CodeRabbit had a prompt chat feature like other AI tools because it takes time to respond. From a developer's point of view, there's nothing else significant, but I feel like they need to improve this aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Context-Aware Code Reviews That Elevate Code Quality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CodeRabbit?

What I like most about CodeRabbit is how it streamlines the code review process by delivering fast, context-aware feedback directly in pull requests. Rather than only flagging syntax or style problems, it also helps surface potential bugs, security concerns, and ways to improve overall code quality, while clearly explaining the reasoning behind each suggestion. As a result, reviews feel more efficient, developers can learn from the feedback as they go, and teams can spend more time discussing architecture and business logic instead of getting stuck on routine issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRabbit?

One area where CodeRabbit could improve is by reducing false positives and making its suggestions more context-aware, especially for large or highly specialized codebases. From time to time, it recommends changes that are technically correct but don’t align with the project’s existing architecture or coding conventions, so developers still need to review its feedback carefully. More customization for team-specific rules, along with better handling of complex, multi-file changes, would make the overall experience even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
