Coconut VA Reviews & Provider Details

Coconut VA is a virtual assistant staffing solution that helps founders and business owners hire, onboard, and retain dedicated executive assistants sourced from the Philippines. Coconut VA operates as a managed staffing agency, handling the recruiting, vetting, and placement of experienced executive assistants for small to mid-sized businesses. Clients are matched with a dedicated EA who works exclusively for them, providing consistent support rather than the shared-assistant model common in the industry. The service is designed for busy operators who need reliable administrative leverage without the overhead of a full-time domestic hire. Key features and benefits include: - Dedicated placement model: Each client receives a single, exclusive EA rather than a rotating pool of assistants, enabling deeper working relationships and higher-quality output over time. - Rigorous vetting process: Candidates are screened for communication skills, professional experience, technical proficiency, and cultural fit before being presented to clients. - Membership and direct hire options: Clients can engage through a monthly membership that includes ongoing support and HR oversight, or through a direct hire placement for those who want to bring an EA fully in-house. - Significant cost savings: Executive assistant support through Coconut VA typically costs a fraction of hiring a domestic EA, making professional-grade assistance accessible to growing businesses. - Ongoing client support: The Coconut VA team provides account management and people operations support to help clients get the most from their assistant relationship. Coconut VA serves founders, executives, and operators across industries including e-commerce, professional services, real estate, and agency businesses.
