What do you like best about Coastal?

The most helpful aspect about Coastal is the reliable assistance to solve problems - even issues that went beyond our main contact's knowledge. If she was not familiar with a particular product she would pull in her Coastal colleagues to assist on the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coastal?

I think the cost for 8 hours of consult was a lot and b/c we only had 8 hours each week to work w the consultant, it took a long time to finish projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coastal provided managed services immeadiately after we went live and transitioned from our implementation vendor for SF NPSP. Our rep helped us set up our acknowledgement processes, introduced third party tools to make reporting easier and assisted with cleaning our data by creating a process to remove duplicate records.
