Coachio Reviews & Product Details

Coachio is a coaching platform for personal trainers, nutrition coaches, running coaches, lifestyle coaches and physiotherapists. Coaches manage training, nutrition, check-ins, chat, invoicing and scheduling in one dashboard. Their clients follow everything in their own mobile app for iOS and Android. What coaches do in Coachio: - Start each day from an inbox with overdue tasks, check-ins to review and clients who have gone quiet. - Build strength and running programs with intervals, heart-rate zones and pace targets, and reuse them for the next client. - Set calorie and macro targets. Clients follow a meal plan, pick recipes or track their own food. - Collect weekly and daily check-ins, habits, measurements and progress photos. - Chat with clients and see each client's training, nutrition and check-ins on one screen. - Send subscriptions, invoices and payment reminders automatically, and run class schedules with credits. - Connect Garmin, Polar, Apple Health and Samsung Health, plus Google Calendar and Outlook. Plans have a fixed monthly price with no fee per client, starting at €55 per month for up to 15 clients. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Built in the Netherlands, hosted in the EU.
