CoachEm Reviews & Product Details

CoachEm is a coaching execution platform purpose-built for managers, and their leaders, to drive quota attainment, reduce regrettable attrition and increase scalability. We do this by significantly elevating coaching effectiveness in 1:1 and team meetings thru a highly personalized evidence-based approach. CoachEm CausalAI™ uses the data from CRM, deal results, transcripts, calendar, email and more to inform what coaching and behavior modifications are needed at a root-cause level. The platform cuts meeting preparation time, facilitates a guided coaching experience and uses an intelligent recommendation engine, based on Machine Learning, to elevate managers into great coaches. This drives behaviors on the part of the manager and their reps that increase revenue, instills accountability and creates a culture of coaching.
