Its very much focused on ensuring you receive support at all levels of understanding the platform. John's team is honestly a treasure. They exemplify true customer focused company. Jaclyn and Noah deserve a raise. They jump onto calls to help with any issue, their response time is so quick you are able to resolve an issue within 24 hours. I couldn't begin to rave more about this company, platform and team. **What do you dislike about CoachAccountable?** Nothing, everything I had an issue with was immediately reported and addressed. The only thing I can think of would be being able to find the FAQs more easily, but thats more of me issue. **What problems is CoachAccountable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coaching platform where setting up coaching profiles, scheduling and receiving payments is made easy. Also allows for the completion of courses, worksheets and keeping files. ### 2. The CA Customer Support team is one of the best that I have ever worked with. They are always willing to help us solve the problem and even give suggestions on how we can set other things up even better. **What do you dislike about CoachAccountable?** I like lots of reports and while they are not yet as robust as I want, they are getting better and better every quarter. **What problems is CoachAccountable solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is so helpful to see the coaching notes of other coaches, manage the coaching plan in the whiteboards, get insights from Team only whiteboards. I also love that it is another way to engage with our clients on a platform that is not email or social media. ### 3. It integrates with my calendar and I can stay up to date with easy-to-manage notifications. It's available on any device, has great customer support, and the developer is constantly bringing out amazing features to add value to the coaching engagements (sometimes features I didn't even know I needed!). It covers all the elements of a coaching engagement and I have not felt anything is missing. Additionally, it has the benefit of being scaleable (with additional coaches), so I don't have to worry about needing a new platform as my business grows. **What do you dislike about CoachAccountable?** There is a bit of a learning curve initially, but there is a wealth of information, tutorials, guides, and a community group to help you get started. **What problems is CoachAccountable solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me manage my clients, easily book appointments, minimize communication overheads, and have all my client information and communication in one place. It also adds a level of professionalism to my practice as I can create a smooth onboarding process and add value by providing ongoing support and accountability between sessions. And finally, it gives me the flexibility I need to grow my business and offerings through courses, groups, and even adding additional coaches later on. ### 4. It won’t do your accounting or automate your entire operational process from sales to fulfillment. **Recommendations to others considering CoachAccountable:** Create your sales and operational process flow for every offering BEFORE you start to setup this software solution. Trust me; you don’t want to set everything up, and then delete or change things later. **What problems is CoachAccountable solving and how is that benefiting you?** My clients who are coaches that are just starting out use Coach Accountable to manage their client engagements and offerings; they are able to start off like a pro when they launch their coaching business, increasing their chances of generating sales upon launch. ### 9. Invoicing and billing address super easy. Scheduling synced with my calendar makes it easy. Lead generation through offers is really easy as well. **What do you dislike about CoachAccountable?** I don't necessarily like that my leads are billed the same as paying clients on a model that bills per user. I also wish there was a Zapier / MailChimp integration, but they said they are working on it. **What problems is CoachAccountable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed an all in one place to login and see all of my customers' information, scheduling, billing, and this accomplishes that perfectly. I needed a client portal and the white label is a great feature. ### 10.
