I love that everything is in one place and that it's easy to manage multiple clients, groups, and courses. It integrates with my calendar and I can stay up to date with easy-to-manage notifications. It's available on any device, has great customer support, and the developer is constantly bringing out amazing features to add value to the coaching engagements (sometimes features I didn't even know I needed!). It covers all the elements of a coaching engagement and I have not felt anything is missing.
