If necessary, technical support was free with the first year of purchase. Had many additional features and benefits that would help with the claim processing. **What do you dislike about CMS-1500 Software?** To start, the training of staff on the usage of the software can be a bit of a pain. There were times that the printer alignment did not calibrate correctly with my printer which caused delays in the completion and processing of the form. **Recommendations to others considering CMS-1500 Software:** Worth a try in order to streamline your payment processing and medical billing needs **What problems is CMS-1500 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It ensured a speedier processing of claims being paid to our business.
