CloveDesk Reviews & Product Details

CloveDesk is a client portal built for freelancers. Create one workspace per client, and inside it manage quotes, e-signatures, documents, files, invoices, expenses and an activity log, all in one place instead of across five different apps. Your clients open a magic link from their email. No account, no password. They can view quotes, download files, review invoices and sign documents. When something is signed, both you and your client get the signed PDF and an audit trail by email. Add your logo, colors and business details on paid plans to give clients a branded client portal that feels like your own business. Turn approved quotes into invoices without retyping, track expenses in multiple currencies, follow each project through its own stage pipeline, and send reminders on overdue invoices. CloveDesk is priced as a flat subscription, with no processing fees from us. You can start with a free trial, no card needed. Who it’s for: Freelancers and independent consultants who want a professional, low-admin way to work with clients. Small agencies can use it too.
