"ClouDNS: Unmatched Support and Value—The Best DNS Provider I’ve Used"
5/5
What do you like best about ClouDNS?

ClouDNS is the best provider and I have tried all of them over the last 25+ YEARS. Their technical support is the most rapid and completely as well as still managed and attended by human beings. There is no better available and their plans start at Free to a very modest cost in most cases lower than their completion. ClouDNS is the best it gets I know I've used them all. Thank you ClouDNS!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClouDNS?

I have not found a single thing to complain about or insufficient documentation or support. ClouDNS is the best most complete and comprehensive company in this arena bar none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with Perfect Performance and Knowledgeable Support"
5/5
What do you like best about ClouDNS?

Other than international payments, everything has been easy and intuitive. The site simply makes sense for most things. They are good at keeping the most-used items up front, but more complex things still available. Performance has been perfect. Support is very responsive and answered my relatively complex question correctly the first time. Pricing is better than a competitor of theirs that we also use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClouDNS?

Getting a payment to them from the US is a chore because most banks block payments/transfers to Bulgaria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Free, Option-Rich Way to Learn DNS on the Backend [EWW AI]"
5/5
What do you like best about ClouDNS?

That it gives you a free entry with lots of options to get to know DNS on the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClouDNS?

Like with most products online, there's not someone with extensive knowledge standing over your shoulder guiding you through everything. But at least there's live support when you're totally lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable, Easy-to-Use Service with All the Features We Need"
5/5
What do you like best about ClouDNS?

Service works and is stable. The interface is easy to understand and has all needed features. Bonus for the DYNDNS-like feature that allows a server on DHCP update its own records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClouDNS?

Not that much. I would prefer the bugs in the MFA support to be iorned out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to set-up and works perfectly."
4/5

It's very easy to use, you can set it up in a few seconds and it works perfectly. I had issues with Cloudflare before so I migrated to this and it works perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClouDNS?

You can't really make a CNAME record without paying their paid plan, so I had to use a A record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
