I have had a great experience onboarding, I had a lot of questions about usage scenarios, and every question was answered. Most live chats took < 1 minute to connect to an agent. Impressive as a lot of companies now dissuade from live chat agents resolving issues and you always end up in a ticket right away. It was nice to speak to someone who knew the product, understood exactly how it works and pointed me toward something I'd missed. Kudos to CloudNS for this. This now serves my customer base and has simplified my hosting of this DNS structure on my platform. It was super easy to set up if you followed all the guides.
