CloudMigration Zoho Backup Tool is available online to perform effortless migration of Zoho mails to several file formats including OST, PST, CSV, PDF, EML, EMLX, MSG, MBOX, HTML, MHTML, etc. The software also offers you to export all the Zoho emails to various email clients like Office 365, AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, Amazon WorkMail, etc. Using this software, you can migrate your entire Zoho mails along with the attachments. The software offers you to manage the server space by skipping or removing duplicate emails. You can preview the data in the preview pane of the software before performing the migration process. Using its highly advanced algorithm, it performs a swift migration process by keeping the original hierarchy of the software intact. The software also offers you to skip or exclude the email attachments files during the backup process. Using its Mail Filter option, you can simply filter the data for a specific time. The software has a split feature that can help users to split the resultant Outlook PST file into several tiny parts. The Zoho Backup Tool comes with an easy-to-use interface that helps technical as well as non-technical users to operate the software easily. The software comes with two different licenses, trial and full. The trial or demo version of the software does exactly as the full version license does. But the only difference is that using the trial version, you can only backup 50 emails per folder for free. Whereas, in the full version there are no limitations. It has wide compatibility with all the MS Windows versions including Win 11.
