"Everything you can possibly need and more."

What do you like best?

The best thing about cloud health is it allows us to expand upon the already extensive amazon tags ability. We use this to tag accounts within cloud heath to keep track of spend across all accounts in our organization. This also allow us to generate more detailed reports that we can drill down on for specific budget codes that we use internally and get them to the people that need to see them.

What do you dislike?

If I had to choose something that I would say I dislike it would have to be the inability to customize the quick bar on the left hand side to allow to get to places you frequent faster.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need more fine grain control over amazon billing this is the product for you for sure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are allowing our finance staff the ability to generate the reports that are important to them and tune them anytime they like without ever having to log in to the aws console or configure any tags themselves.

"My experience with using CloudHealth for AWS"

What do you like best?

I like CloudHealth for it intuitive user interface and their willingness to listen to their customers with integration feature enhancements.

What do you dislike?

This is not really a dislike but request for reporting enhancement. While CloudHealth satisfied our current needs for cost reporting on our AWS account, we find there is need to be able to drill down more into cost of individual resources instead of just at the account level.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need to display cost and usage info on few hundreds of AWS account. With CloudHealth, we have an easy way to allow account owner to have access to billing data without granting them additional privileges in their AWS account.
